My order did arrive, so I’ll give them that, but the delivery date wasn’t accurate again. It’s frustrating when you plan around it and it shows up later than expected. If this keeps happening, I might have to start ordering from somewhere else.

I ordered a few boxes and some tape, and the shipping was quick. I got the tracking info the next day, and everything arrived in good shape. One item showed up a day later than the rest, but it wasn’t a big deal. A friend had recommended them to me, and I’m glad I gave them a try.

"Reordering took longer than I thought it would"
I figured reordering the same boxes would be one of those quick, two-minute things, but it ended up taking more effort than I expected. I had to poke around a bit to find my old order, and even then I still found myself double-checking the sizes and details like I was ordering from scratch again. The site isn’t terrible or anything, but for repeat orders it feels a little clunky. I’ll use it again if I need to, I just wish it made the whole process feel more like a shortcut.

"Box showed up banged up"
The order itself was fine and nothing was missing, but the box arrived dented with one corner crushed in. I’m kind of tired of dealing with stuff showing up like this lately, even when the product inside is okay. It wasn’t a huge problem, but I did expect the packaging to be a little more secure. Overall, not awful, just frustrating.

I wasn’t sure exactly how it would look when it arrived, but I was really happy with the result. The print quality came out great, and I didn’t notice any issues at all.

I thought there would be more sizes and options to choose from. I did find a few basic boxes that could work, but the overall selection felt limited for what I needed (which was a bit disappointing).

"Size wasn’t what I was expecting"
I ordered a few boxes from The Packaging Source because the listed measurements made it sound like they’d be a good fit for what I was shipping. But once they showed up, they didn’t really match what I had pictured from the description. Maybe the numbers were technically right somehow, but in real use they felt tighter than promised.
The boxes themselves were decent enough, so it’s not like the whole order was junk. It’s just frustrating when the listing makes something seem like it’ll work and then reality doesn’t line up. I ended up having to add extra padding and rethink how I packed a few items, which kind of defeated the point of ordering those sizes in the first place.

I ordered some custom mailer boxes and my snap judgment when I opened them was that they looked really good. The print was clean, and the cardboard felt way sturdier than I was expecting.

I had a gut feeling I shouldn’t order a big batch without seeing the packaging first, so I was really glad packagingsource.com offered samples. Once they arrived, I could actually feel the material and check the size in person, which made the decision so much easier than trying to judge everything from pictures online. They showed up quickly too, so the whole process felt a lot less stressful. I’d definitely use them again...

"Low minimums were really helpful"
I only needed a small batch of boxes, so I was relieved that the minimum order wasn’t super high. A lot of other places wanted me to buy way more than I could actually use.

A few of the things I was looking for were out of stock, which was a little annoying, but I did end up finding some decent alternatives. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, I just wish the availability was a bit more consistent.

I mean, the customer service was okay overall, I guess. They did get back to me in the end, so I can’t really say it was bad, but I had to follow up twice before anything happened. Maybe they were just busy, but it definitely felt slower than I expected

The return itself went okay, nothing too dramatic. But getting the refund took way longer than it should have, like the refund goblins were taking their sweet time. I did get my money back eventually, but the wait was annoying...
